HuYoLAB is the gaming community forum for HuYoverse games (hereinafter referred to as the “Community”). You can obtain the latest game information regarding our games and interact with other users through many ways, such as posting and commenting. To provide a good user experience for you and other users in this community, this community will be managed in accordance with the Community Rules. If you enter this community, you will be deemed to have agreed to the following Community Rules and agree that official parties and administrators have the right to moderate your actions and statements in the community.
Please note that the Community Rules may be modified from time to time according to changes in legal requirements and actual community developments and operations. Changes to the Community Rules will take effect immediately upon publication. If you have any questions about the Community Rules, please contact us via the contact details provided under “Protection of Rights.” By entering this community, you will be deemed to have agreed to the latest Community Rules that we have published.
Community Safety
To maintain community order and safety, users must adhere to the following guidelines. Content that violates the rules will be dealt with, and users who violate the rules will be muted temporarily or permanently according to the severity of the case:
Copyright violation: When reposting others’ works, citing content, and posting reproductions of others’ works, please be sure to obtain authorization from the original creator and provide the original link to the work or the creator’s social media homepage. If you believe that any content violates your rights or the rights of others, please report it via the complaint channel details provided under “Protection of Rights” and attach the corresponding screenshots of evidence (including but not limited to a copyright certificate) to help us take action against violations. We will remove content that is proven to violate others’ rights. If a user commits repeated or serious violations, their account will be muted.
Falsification of accounts: Falsification of accounts from other users or official employees by means of nicknames, signatures, and other content is strictly prohibited. This behavior can lead to financial loss or even personal injury. Upon detection, we will reset the relevant account information and issue a permanent ban.
Account transactions: In order to prevent potential fraud, any account transaction (such as buying and selling of accounts, gifting of accounts, soliciting an account, sharing accounts, paid third-party services, valuation of accounts, account sabotage via deletion of data from the account, etc.) is prohibited in this community. Regardless of whether the service is requested or performed, the corresponding content will be deleted, and serious or repeat offenders will be muted.
Advertising/phishing sites: All forms of advertising and phishing sites are prohibited, including third-party top up channels, free Primogem promotions, etc. Please exercise caution if the post contains external links asking for your game account information or bank information (including but not limited to asking for your game ID and/or password, or bank account number and/or password). We are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of operations you perform on third party platforms that lack official verification.
Note: Regarding fan-made merchandise, you are allowed to post content related to such fan-made merchandise based on HuYoverse official games in the community. However, please refer to the official application filing rules and requirements for manufacturing and marketing of such merchandise. We will take into account the official management standards published for each game to manage fan-made merchandise and their links. Any solicitation or sale of, or links to fan merchandise that violate the rights of the official seller or any third party will be severely penalized.
Unauthorized distribution of information: It is prohibited to distribute unverified HuYoverse game content (including leaks from Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Tears of Themis, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero) and mislead other users in the name of speculation.
Note: Speculation based on official verified content is allowed, while speculation based on content that has not been officially verified is prohibited. This rule is also applicable to fan works.
Verbal violence and threats: All forms of personal attacks and bullying against individuals or groups are prohibited, including but not limited to: verbal abuse, threats of violence, and malicious harassment.
Controversial and sensitive content: We welcome users of different cultural backgrounds and ages around the world to interact in the community. To protect members of our community, controversial and sensitive topics such as pornographic nudity, child safety, illegal activities, political and religious content, extremism, suicide, self-harm, etc. will be taken seriously and removed accordingly. Users who repeatedly violate the rules will be muted.
Personal Information Protection: To ensure the security of your and others’ personal data, please do not publish content that contains personal data or private information, otherwise the relevant content will be removed.
Other rule violations: Exploiting system loopholes, bugs, etc. for personal benefit or the benefit of others, or other dangerous behavior that the HuYoverse team deems to endanger the safety of the community is prohibited.
Community Etiquette
Pertaining to day-to-day usage of the Community, users should abide by the rules of etiquette set. The content and users that violate the rules will be dealt with by the moderator according to the severity of the situation:
Keep content relevant: Please make sure your posts are pertinent to the relevant category or topic (In Reality Lab category, post content doesn’t necessarily have to be about HuYoverse games. You can also post appropriate content under the Animation, Comics, Games, and Novels categories. If you want to discuss other things that have been happening in your lives that aren’t related to these categories, simply head over to the Reality LAB).
Moderators have the right to change categories and topics that do not comply with this rule.
Watch your language: Please use respectful language and avoid offensive and misleading expressions.
Engage in friendly interactions: Maintain a friendly demeanor when communicating, and avoid behavior that fosters a hostile atmosphere such as provocation, ridicule, unjustified venting, etc.
Treat the work of others with respect: Any form of unwarranted attack or accusation on original works is prohibited. If you are not satisfied with the content shared by the author, or have a difference in opinion, please present your views in a rational manner or communicate constructive feedback to the author on how they can improve.
Be open to other perspectives: Be rational about differences, respect the interests and boundaries of others, and avoid groundless criticisms that disregard their interests and habits, as well as avoiding imposing your own preferences on others.
Collaborate to maintain the community ecology: Please refrain from engaging in behavior that influence other users’ use of the forum, or publish content that is likely to cause resentment, offend the dignity or rights of others, including but not limited to: posting meaningless or empty posts, clickbaiting, public attacks, etc.
Management Measures
In dealing with inappropriate content and conduct, we will take one or more of the following actions, depending on the severity of the situation, including but not limited to:
- Issuing a warning to violating users
- Placing restrictions on post display or removal of infringing content
- Issuing a temporary or permanent mute ban on violating users
- Reset inappropriate nicknames or signatures
Protection of Rights
If you find any work that either plagiarizes or infringes upon another person’s rights, or any other malicious user behavior, please email us at our official complaint mailbox: [email protected]. We will address the issue as soon as possible.
If you think your account or your content have been wrongly muted or banned, you can submit your community ID and nickname along with screenshots of the notification you received from the notification system. The reason for the appeal must be attached and emailed to the official appeal email: [email protected]. We will explain the reason for the measures. If we determine that the ban was in error, we will lift the ban.

CUGNOSPHERE reserves the right to final interpretation and explanation of these Community Rules. Violations that pose a disruption to our community will result in a temporary or permanent mute on the account depending on the severity and number of violations. Details related to this process will not be shared with users other than the user in question.
