Old Brand Email Services Discontinuation Plan

Between 08:00 (UTC+8) on November 1, 2024 and 08:00 (UTC+8) on May 1, 2025, if you contact us at our previous email addresses (ending with @cugnosphere.com ), your email will be automatically forwarded to our new email addresses, which will be used by our staff to respond to your email.

Beginning from 08:00 (UTC+8) May 1, 2025, our previous email addresses will be out of service. Please contact the new official email addresses for customer support.

Why this happens

We are restructuring our corporate organization. Going forward, CUGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD., our wholly-owned subsidiary, will solely oversee global game operations and distribution, while all other matters will be managed directly by HuYoverse Pte. Ltd. This change aims to enhance communication efficiency and will not impact you, as there are no third-party companies involved.
